I accept Premera, Regence, Aetna, and First Choice. I am considered an in-network provider with these insurance companies. Most Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans are part of either Regence or Premera insurances. Lifewise is part of Premera and typically Kaiser Permanente. I do not do any benefits verification. Please call your insurance company to ensure that I am in network with your insurance, ask about your psychiatric benefits and how much your office co-payments are before your first session. This can be a cumbersome process but it will help insure that you are not held responsible for unforeseen charges. If your insurance refuses to pay for your session(s), it will be your responsibility to pay for it. It is rare for the insurances that I am in network with to not cover the cost of sessions.
